Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

You have 7 working days from the date of receipt to return an item if it is defective or if you received a different product than what you ordered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at ambitionscorp@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or incorrect product. If you received a different item, please include a video of you opening the package.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely package the item and include your receipt or proof of purchase along with the RAN. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
